At MovementPNW, our trainers are more than coaches—they're partners in your journey. Each brings unique expertise, genuine care, and a commitment to helping you succeed on your terms.

Owner/Personal Trainer
Owning a gym that helps the community and furthers trainers' careers has long been a dream of my wife, Caitlin, and I. Thanks to the support and dedication of Movement PNW's trainers, we were able to make that a reality.
We're excited to see where it goes and to meet other people on their health journey. We enjoy boating, camping and hiking in the PNW and, of course, working out!

Personal Trainer/Class Instructor
Hi, I'm Megan! I've spent over a decade in health and fitness, training people of all ages and abilities to help them find what works for their lifestyle.
When I'm not coaching, I'm probably outside - camping, hiking, skiing, boating, riding horses or on a dirt bike with my family. I love adventure... if it's outside, I'm in.
And I believe in living a balanced, sustainable life.
Massage Therapist/Personal Trainer
Hello! About a decade ago I walked into a gym knowing absolutely nothing. A few years later I found myself graduating from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Fast forward a few more years from that and I was graduating from Therapeutic Connections School of Massage as a Washington Licensed Massage Therapist.
This journey has been far more than I could have ever imagined and there is no end to my gratitude to all of the clients and teachers I've had along the way.

Personal Trainer/Class Instructor
I'm passionate about helping clients skip the trial-and-error phase and achieve their dream physique efficiently—because I've been there myself. From personal health challenges to transformations, I understand the journey firsthand.
My experience as both an athlete and trainer has given me a deep understanding of the science of fat loss, muscle growth, and sustainable progress. I help my clients build strength and confidence through balance—combining realistic but strategic nutrition to optimize your metabolism, customized training, and mindset support.
Together, we'll create a strategy to overcome challenges and build habits to transform your mind and body. With the right guidance and support, reaching your goals can be easier than you think.

Personal Trainer/Class Instructor
I specialize in helping clients overcome chronic pain and injuries through movement and breath. I love being able to share my knowledge as a coach and provide clients with a solution to their pain points.
When I am not training clients or learning, you will find me hiking, traveling, snowmobiling, or out on the water living life.
Personal Trainer
My main passion is helping people improve their relationship and balance with food and exercise. I grew up around bodybuilders, and was raised in an atmosphere where health and wellness was always being discussed. In that I learned the importance of loving the process. It's not just about an end goal, a number, or a look. It's about falling in love with showing up for yourself. It's my goal to help others get to that point.
I studied anatomy and physiology in college and earned an associates degree a year out of highschool. From that point I immediately started the process of earning certification in personal training, nutrition coaching, and corrective exercise. I've worked with a wide range of clients, specializing in hypermobility and malalignment correction. I also have a background in gymnastics giving me an aptitude in flexibility and mobility work.
One thing that bodybuilding has taught me over the years is that once you really commit to making a change, you are truly capable of making anything happen for yourself.
